We believe increasing the available workforce housing stock will enhance the lives of our local workforce and support the sucess of the businesses that employ them.

Transportation

With just two primary roadways to travel up and down Napa County, traffic can be challenging at times. We believe it is critical for private industry and government agencies to work together to develop long term solutions to traffic congestion and transportation management in Napa County.

Workforce Development

We believe it is vital to the future economic success of Napa County to create a pipeline of skilled workers by collaborating with our K – 16 education institutions. Through a coordinated countywide workforce development strategy, our employers can harness the abilities and talents that are already present in our community.
